It would be nice if your staff could speak English, would rather eat a bucket of broken glass than suffer through the Indian guys broken English again. If I was the owner I'd cut my losses and Burn the shop down, claim insurance and get as far away from the fast food industry as I could before I got a law suit for being a scourge on society.
